Background: Cervical cancer is the fourth most common in women worldwide and second mostcommon developing under Nations. higher incidence of cervical indeveloping countries mainly because lack resources ,lack effective screening technologies andpoorly organized health care delivery rural areaObjective: To determine prevalence precancerous lesion among healthy womenMaterials Methods: The study was conducted for 600 Healthy who were selected by usingpurposive sampling technique .the assessed VisualInspection with acetic acid data analyzed using inferential descriptive statistical methodsResult: It also observed that Precancerous lesions 5.0%.It means 30(5.0%) out had risk this presentstudy. Among samples suspected to be positive, off them 10(3.3%) two or less quadrantinvolved, 5 (1.7%) three quadrants involved, About action taken referred forconfirmation, 230(38.3%) followed up after 3 years, 340(56.7%) medical treatment VIAtest six monthsThe result shows Reveals lesionswas highly associated visual examination findings such as cervicitis, white discharge, abnormalfindings .Conclusion: results conclude VIA test can used a alternative screeningtechnique early diagnosis at low resource setting
